Been coming to Agua Verde Paddle Club almost every weekend for 5-6 years, and it never disappoints. Ray, the owner, runs a top-notch operation β€” he's got the best kayaks on the lake, hands down. Always well-maintained and ready to go. Huge thanks to Aaron too for consistently great service. If you're on Lake Union, this is the place to paddle. Highly recommend!

I went paddleboarding with a friend last Friday, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff were rude from the beginning. During check-in, they made people go back and wait at a sign outside the store, even though there were only two people in line. Unfortunately, we lost a paddle and returned to shore late, so we understood that we would need to pay a late fee and replacement cost. However, the way the staff treated us was completely unacceptable. As we approached the shore, they were yelling at us instead of speaking respectfully. We felt humiliated, as if we were being scolded like teenagers. On top of that, we were charged nearly $400 in late fees, penalties, and other charges. We weren't trying to avoid responsibility, but the total seemed excessive and unreasonable. Overall, the customer service was terrible, and the staff's attitude completely ruined the experience. WOUND NOT RECOMMEND this store to anyone.

Kayaking was so fun! The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. We had a beautiful paddle around Lake Washington and then had Mexican food upstairs from the dock. Excellent!

The views and experience are awesome, I had a nice time and the staff are very helpful. I saw a turtles or geese from close and it was a fun 2 hours on lake Washington. But, the pricing doesn't add up to me. It costs more than uhaul and the gas needed to run that uhaul (32 an hour, before tips). I doubt that kayak is worth more than 5k.

Great time & great vibes! City prices but not bad. I expected a line and busy with tourists for how nice the weather was but there was none! You can get both city and nature in 90 minutes if you’re good at kayaking.
